Refund and Returns Policy

All returns incur a 20% restocking fee.

You have 30 days to return your purchase. After this period, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for arranging return shipping and covering any related costs.

To initiate your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Items that show clear signs of use (e.g., opened CDs, DVDs, software, digital downloads, or vinyl records).
  • Items not in their original condition, that are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. After that, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially processed. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at info@iborntolead.com.

Sale Items

Refunds are only available for regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us to arrange shipping to B2L office . We will provide instructions and an address upon contacting support.

You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
